We pledge the following to be true.

• Most content and services available within Dimspace do not require any personal data.
• Those services which do require personal data request only the minimum necessary to enable the useful features of the system and maintain contact with existing users.
• This information will not be sold, given away or otherwis distributed without explicit user permission or legal requirement including but not limited to a court order or subpoena.
• Above and beyond all else, we will make our best effort to ensure that no private data is inadvertantly made available to any party other than he/she who provided it and the administrators of the Dimspace network, only as necessary.
